Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after acceptance by ANUPRIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS. Customers must provide accurate details such as travel dates, pickup and drop locations, and contact information at the time of booking. Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Advance payment may be required to confirm certain services. All charges must be paid in full as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be communicated in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy and may vary depending on the type of service, timing, and expenses already incurred. No refunds will be provided for unused services or no-shows.Use of VehiclesVehicles are provided strictly for the purpose agreed at the time of booking. Any misuse, damage, or violation of laws during the journey will be the customer’s responsibility. Customers are expected to maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines while traveling.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

ANUPRIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience.

Liability

While we take all necessary measures to ensure safety, ANUPRIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS shall not be held liable for loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and staff. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
